Mead Bottling Day - bottled the '4-way' mead... Back sweetened all with local wildflower honey. For the Pear mead I added Mannix Almond Vanilla Extract... the pear is very subtle, but it turned out to be my favorite of the four.

I also got to try out the new ant gravity transfer pump... This was GREAT and saved me a bunch of time and frustration as the seal on my smaller auto siphon was broken negating the 'auto' part.
